Service FAQs

What is included in the standard package?: Site preparation, foundation, RCC structure, block masonry, plastering, flooring, doors and windows, electrical and plumbing works, painting, standard waterproofing and final finishing. A full written specification document accompanies every quotation.
Can I upgrade materials or customize the design?: Yes. Floor plans, elevations and finishes can be customized. Upgrades such as premium flooring, designer elevations or additional interior works are quoted in writing before execution.
How long does construction take?: The standard timeline is approximately 12 months from commencement, subject to weather, approvals and design changes — the timeline is written into your agreement.
How are payments structured?: Payments are stage-wise, linked to completed construction progress as defined in the agreement — you pay as your home rises.
Do you build on customer-owned plots?: Yes. We construct on your own plot anywhere in our service areas, as well as on plots within our developments.
